faridabad| Homerton Grammar School celebrated Communal Harmony and Indian Constitution Day.The concept of Communal Harmony and the Indian Constitution was discussed amongst the students through speeches and posters in the assembly. Students expressed their solidarity towards the Fundamental Rights, Security and Defence of citizens and especially for children of India.
GourangBaisoya of class 10thdisplayed through a poster the Preamble of the Indian Constitution and spoke highlighting Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. While DeepakshiAdhikari spoke on Secularism mentioned in Article 32 of the Constitution. Anu Kumari threw some light on the Federal System. Mahima Sharma focused her speech on the Power Sharing between Centre and States of India. Mohammad Izazul explained to the assembly about the importance of Communal Harmony in diversified India.
At the end of the programme, the Principal, Mrs ArchanaDogra congratulated the students on their efforts.
